November 20, 2006 New Mailing Address

Please take note that the address to mail in a payment has changed. The new address is:

The Hermitage store will be closed as of Wednesday 22, 2006, and will no longer be accepting walk in payments.

Please note that the phone number for tech support and the number you dialup to will not change! There is no need to make any changes to your computer.

Dear Svol.net Customer,


On Tuesday the telephone company made a change to its network resulting in some dialin issues. The change made by the telephone company is causing our dialin units to malfunction causing issues connecting and most recently staying connected.

Please be aware that the SVOL staff is doing everything within its power to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible.

During this time it is very important that you do NOT make any changes to your system. Doing so could cause further problems once the issue has been corrected.

For over six years Shenango Valley online has brought you quality service, and we deeply regret the issues we are experiencing and hope to have them resolved as quickly as possible.
